      As per customer scenario, HipChat client for Windows 10 (Windows 10 LTSB 2016 (1607) and HipChat version 4.29.1662.0) won't receive Videocalls if used with an accessibility resource concomitantly. In this scenario, NVDA screen reader was used.

      Workaround: use web client.
