Unable to get the BlueJeans integration information page to load

    • Severity 2 - Major

      Problem

      When trying to add the BlueJeans integration on HipChat Server or HipChat Cloud the page just spins and won't load the plug-in details. Zoom and others are working fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Log in to the Web UI of either HipChat Server or HipChat Cloud.
      • Click "Integrations"
      • Locate and click on the Bluejeans integration.

      Actual Results

      • The information page / plug-in details for the Bluejeans app never loads. The user is presented with the spinner icon.

      Expected Results

      • Details for the Bluejeans plugin-should load and the user can proceed with installing the add-on.

      Workaround

      • None at this time. Attempting to install the integration through a descriptor URL puts the user right back at the same spot.
