HipChat Server CLI 'hipchat network -t' does not resolve on AWS deployments

Summary

In the HipChat Server CLI, the hipchat network --t (or hipchat network --test-dns) fails when ran on HipChat Server instances deployed in AWS.

Environment

HipChat Server v2.2.x

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the HipChat Server CLI
2. Run hipchat network --t

Expected Results

The FQDN should resolve

Actual Results

The DNS test fails

Warning: DNS failed to resolve <FQDN> to <IP>

Workaround

Use 'dig' to check to a DNS record:

dig <FQDN>

For example:

dig hipchat.myserver.com
