      Issue connecting ADFS to HipChat Server through custom SAML. User is hitting an issue where AuthnContext is forced on ADFS and this is set to passwordprotectedtransport which translates to Forms Based authentication. Due to this, it attempts to honor the setting but errors out. It is a known issue with OneLogin (HipChat SAML is using OneLogin's libraries to implement SSO mechanism): https://github.com/onelogin/php-saml/issues/62
