      Summary

      The new clients fails to parse some URLs containing special chars.

      Environment

      Reproducible in any of the 4.0 clients (Mac, Linux, web or Windows)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Paste any of the sample strings below in HipChat 
        http://www.example.com/app/kibana#/discover?_g=(refreshInterval:(display:Off,pause:!f,value:0),time:(from:now-24h,mode:quick,to:now))

        http://www.example.com/app/kibana#990099/discover?_g=(refreshInterval:(display:Off,pause:!f,value:0))

      Expected Result

      A valid URL is rendered

      Actual Result

      The URLs above aren't correctly parsed
