Filter JIRA to HipChat notifications based on issue security level

Problem Definition

Once a JIRA project is linked to a HipChat room and the integration is configured to notify the room when an issue is created, all issues will trigger a notification.

Suggested Solution

Configure the "Issue created" notifications based on the issue security level. For example, do not notify for issues where the security level is Reporter only. This can be done by offering security levels to check/uncheck according to the user preference.
We already have a similar filter based on issue types and priorities. Filtering by issue security level in the advanced filter isn't possible. 

Workaround

Create a custom field that will populate based on the security level value and filter based on this custom field.
