      Problem Definition

      Login to HipChat Server is only possible using an email address, even when HipChat Server is connected to Active Directory or Crowd and has access to the user name.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to use their emails or username to login.
      Alternatively, allow admins to control what users should use to login.
