Integration with Envoy doesn't show up in the "Integrations" list

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into your HipChat Server
2. Browse through "Group Admin -> Features" and search for "Envoy" on the list

Current behaviour

Envoy integration is not listed.

Expected behaviour

Get Envoy integration listed on the page as described on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.signwithenvoy.addon/server/installation.

Workaround

To install and integrate HipChat with Envoy please follow the instructions from this page for now:
