      Problem Definition

      • Since we are moving away from HipChat, HipChat Cloud users would like to have the ability to export the custom emoticons that they have uploaded to their instance
      • The current migration does not include custom emoticons in the data export

      Suggested Solution

      Have a solution similar to HipChat Server's How to migrate emoticons to a different server

      Why this is important

      Certain groups would prefer to retain the custom emoticons that they have uploaded to their instance without having the need to re-upload everything again
