HipChat Server: Message Delivery Failure from Apple Watch Reply

Summary

HipChat users cannot reply to HipChat message when received through their Apple Watch notification

Environment

• iOS 10.1.1
• watchOS 3.0
• HipChat iOS Client 3.16.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure that your Apple Watch is connected to your mobile device via Bluetooth to ensure that the notification will be sent
2. Once received, try to reply the message through the Apple Watch itself
   

Expected Results

The message will be sent successfully and it should appear on the chat history when viewed on iOS client / other clients

Actual Results

The message failed to be delivered and the following pop up will be shown on the mobile device

Users will have to refer to their mobile device to reply properly and ensure that the message gets delivered
