I have about 30 people I need to chat with and it would be nice if I could keep them in groups I create, and sorted. If I need to chat with someone, I have a hard time finding their name. If they were sorted (and grouped) that would make things a lot easier. The sorting should be group and within group, so if someone isn't in a group, it is still easy to find them - or individuals are sorted to the bottom.
