There is no way to quickly delete a post to a channel. Also, neither the channel or the desktop app refreshes when a post has been deleted until the user logs off and then back in. With meme's and gif's and the like from 3rd parties, sometimes things do not come across as intended. The inability to edit for clarification or delete (other than the /s command) a post is a pretty glaring omission.
