A user should be able to easily edit and delete a message/post

This should be available using the "..." to the right of the message that almost always says "No actions available"

This should be available in both the app and browser implementations.

This should be the same for 1-to-1 chats and rooms

Expected behaviour:

1. User clicks the "..." selects "Edit" then can edit the message inline, press Enter and the message is updated for everyone.
2. User clicks the "..." selects "Delete" the message is removed from the chat perminently
