    Description

      This is terrible UX. Not bad, but terrible. Every notification I receive makes me resent having to use HipChat because I need to open a browser, type the url and search for the message. Work uses hipchat, I don't have a choice.

      It's a very simple fix. Add a link to open the message in web interface to notification mails. Pretty please..
