Hope you are well.

Is there a way to sort the contact list on the left to have the newest conversations on the top? Right now, it's very difficult to find conversations in the long list and have to click 'New chat' and type in the name, rather than just go to the top of the list on the left.

I understand this is a pain for quite a few people internally.
