JIRA Glances show can't load message from HipChat Desktop Apps

Summary

Using all HipChat Desktop Apps, rooms with JIRA glances show the message Can't load Try again

Environment

• HipChat Server (HCS) 1.4.3
• HipChat Server (HCS) 2.0.6
• JIRA 7.3
• hipchat-for-jira-plugin-7.8.24.obr
• Linux Desktop App 4.28
• Windows Desktop App 4.28
• macOS Desktop App 4.29

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure JIRA Glances with a HipChat Room
2. Navigate to the room with glances configured and notice the JIRA Glances shows the message Can't load Try again
3. Navigate away from the room, i.e. view a 1x1 chat or a different room
4. Perform an update in JIRA that will trigger a glance in HipChat
5. Navigate back the room with glances configured, notice that the glances work now
   • Glances will continue to work in the current session

Expected Results

• Glances should show for all rooms configured

Actual Results

• The Can't load Try again message is shown in place of the JIRA glances
• The below exception is thrown in the desktop app log files:

  [WARN] [HC-Integrations] Could not load data for this glance.
  [WARN] [HC-Integrations] Could not load data for this glance.
  [WARN] [HC-Integrations] Could not load data for this glance.

• Use the Web Client
