JIRA notification with HTML tags does not get rendered properly

Summary

When a JIRA text field ('Comment' was used for this test) has HTML tags added to it via the JEditor add-on, the notification in HipChat does not render those HTML tags, despite them being supported tags

Environment

• Happens in all clients except mobile (tested with Windows, Linux, Mac and Web)
• JIRA Software 7.2.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect JIRA with HipChat
2. Install the JEditor add-on in JIRA
3. Using the add-on features, send a text input (for example, input a comment with HTML tags)
