Description
Summary
An upgrade to 2.4.x fails and renders the system unusable.
Environment
Upgrade to Hipchat Server 2.4.x
Steps to Reproduce
We haven't been able to reproduce this but we know several admins ran into it.
Expected Results
Upgrade should succeed
Actual Results
Upgrade fails and the following appears at the end of /var/log/chef.log:

Workaround
Execute the workaround steps in the article Upgrade to Hipchat Server 2.4.x fails; system is unusable with "Something went wrong try again later" in the UI
