    Description

      Problem Definition

HipChat Server currently has no easy method for administrators to manage user connections.

Currently, if a user is logged in to too many sessions on a HipChat Server and they receive the error "you reached the maximum number of sessions in HipChat at...", then the user has to disconnect sessions on their own by:

      1) Logging into their account sessions on the browser, for examplehttps://server.example.com/account sessions)

      2) Once logged in to their account page, the user has to go and disconnect any sessions not in use.

While this works, it doesn't allow an admin to quickly disconnect any sessions if a user files a ticket and can't readily make the change themselves.

      Suggestion

Provide a way for an Administrator, to locate a user (possibly by navigating to Server Admin -> Group Admin -> Users), click on their account, and then provide the admin with a way to view the user's current sessions and disconnect any that haven't been in use for a while.
