Automatically Order Rooms/People in HipChat Sidebar to Based on Recency

      I want my sidebar to automatically re-order the things to bring most recently interacted with rooms/people to the top of the list. This would behavior would align with macOS Messages, Facebook Messenger, most email clients, and almost any other communication service.
