IOS mobile client failed to send push notification on mobile client

Environment

• IOS mobile client

Step to reproduce

1. Set your desktop client to idle or go offline
2. Ask someone to send you @mention or 1-on-1 chat
3. No push notification is received on the mobile client
4. However, the user still received email notification

Expected Results

The user received a push notification on their mobile client

Actual Results

The user did not receive any push notification on their mobile client
