No visual notification about unread messages

Hichat organise its chats into rooms (on the top) and People (at the bottom) and the order is pretty static.

Whilst Skype organises it's chats into favourites, recent and further history.

If I receive a new message in Skype (and miss that one), it is easier to discover this, as it seems Skype does dynamically updates the order in its chat list.

In Hipchat, unfortunately, unless I'm actively perusing my chat lists (lots of rooms on the top) and people (at the bottom) I can miss some personal messages from people who are at the bottom of the chat list. It happened to me already several times, I haven't discovered someones message for a couple of days, as the indication about their message was hidden several lenghts of the Hipchat window, down the bottom of the chat list.

It would be great if the list change dynamically and all the chats which have unread messages move to the top of the lists.
