"Done" button will not update the page with the changes made in the "Issue transitioned to:"

Summary

The "Done" button will not save the changes made in the Issue transitioned to: field when you edit a HipChat trigger.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the hipchat integration, edit one of the notification triggers
2. Change the Issue transitioned to: to any status
3. Click in "Done" to save the changes

Expected Results

The change will be saved

Actual Results

If you click on edit again, the Issue transitioned to: will still shows the same value as before the edition

Workaround

Right after clicking in "Done" refresh the page, and the changes will be saved.
