      The appearance of the JIRA issue preview in HipChat is too intrusive and the configuration is rather limited (preview on/off).

      In order to configure the appearance of the JIRA issue preview it would be good, if

      • the issue preview could be limited to key and/or summary only
      • more info would be required that further fields (also custom fields) can be added/removed from the preview
