Loading wheel keeps spinning on the members list of rooms

Summary

Under certain circumstances, when a user navigates to a HipChat room, the Members list will always have the spinning loading wheel

Environment

• HipChat Windows client version 4.0.1650

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up a 1-1 chat
2. While still in the 1-1 chat, quit the client directly via the 'Quit HipChat' button
3. Re-launch HipChat, and open up any room chat

Actual Results

The list of users will appear as if it's still loading indefinitely

Notes

• This does not happen in the web client
• Does not happen if user logs out instead of quit client
• Happens regardless of the room that is opened
• List of users actually updates, despite the loading wheel
