      Summary

      Users running HipChat in any Android device on a 64bit, including Galaxy S6 are unable to do video calls

      Environment

      • Android device
      • with a 64bit processor
      • HipChat client

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the HipChat app
      2. Search or select a user for 1-1 chat
      3. Begin a video call

      Expected Results

      Initiate video call

      Actual Results

      A message is displayed

      Notes

      Feature not supported due to AddLive SDK for Android not supporting 64bit

      Workaround

      At this time there's no workaround for this issue.
