    Description

      Problem:
      Messages from Bitbucket Server do not trigger popup or push notifications regardless of room settings like messages from other users.

      Desire Behaviour:
      Allow user to choose whether to receive popup & push notification.

      Workaround:
      Install and setup the Hipchat Plugin for Bitbucket Server by Go2Group
