Make the bulk change option for Kanban board user as well.

      As bulk change feature implemented for GH 6.1.2 for scrum board, some user would be appreciate to have it in the Kanban board as well.

      Feedback:

      i suggest: a link from the tools of the rapid board that will take me to
      the issues list - with only the visible issues in this list (this means
      that the issues list will need to have the base query for the rapid board -
      along with the selected quick filters along with the expanded swimlanes

            In Work mode on both scrum and kanban boards the bulk change option is available for selected issues using the right-click context menu.
