Add pagination to the new Boards

Hi All,

Thank you for your votes and comments on this feature request and also on the linked issues.

As our largest set of customers grow we know that there are several places in the JIRA user interface that become problematic. We want all our customers to be successful and we are committed to finding a good solution for these areas.

We do not have an exact release for when this will happen but we hope to deliver something simple in the near future. Below is a list of the most pressing areas that we see need a solution, if you have more that are urgent please let us know via the comments on JRA-24572:

• Admin - project list
• Admin - custom field list
• Admin - Manage agile boards
• User - Project list
• User - Board list
