The Agile Gadget's 'Info' tab reports 'Time Estimate' and 'Time Remaining' values inconsistently from GreenHopper's Planning and Chart Board Statistics.

      The 'Time Estimate' and 'Time Remaining' values on the Planning Board's Statistic column (for a given child or parent version of a JIRA project), are correct. These values correspond to the 'Remaining Values' (i.e. Remaining Hours on the green curve) for the respective start and end dates on the Hour Burndown Chart (of the same child/parent version of that JIRA project).

      However, the Agile Gadget's 'Info' tab reports different 'Time Estimate' and 'Time Remaining' values to GH's Planning Board statistics (for the same project and child/parent version above), whereas the chart on the 'Hours' tab is exactly the same as GH's Hour Burndown chart.

      Since the Agile Gadget can access GH's Remaining Hours values on the 'Hours' tab, please fix the 'Info' tab so that its 'Time Estimate' and 'Time Remaining' values match those on the Statistics column of GH's Planning Board.

            I don't believe that saying "oh, one of those is wrong" is a valid reason to close an issue. In specific, "one of them is wrong" is a valid reason to escalate the issue for a fix...

            If this is not reopened for a fix, we'll clone and add to our list of must-fix-for-renewal items. If you reopen for a fix, we'll keep it off the must-fix-list.

            Just to clarify the situation, this issue is only about trying to highlight a discrepancy in behaviour between GH's Planning/Chart Boards and the respective 'Info'/'Hours' tab of the Agile Gadget when it comes to reporting time tracking data. I believe these two areas of GH's UI should be consistent - otherwise, it's a source of confusion.

            My apologies also, I'd originally referred to 'Time Remaining' (on the Agile gadget and GH Planning/Chart Board statistics) as 'Remaining Estimate' (which is a field name in JIRA). This probably caused some initial confusion here so again, my apologies.

            I'm surprised that you believe the Info tab is incorrect. As I described in GHS-3278, I believe the root cause of discrepancy between the Info tab and the Hours tab is that there exist ways to change Remaining Estimate that do not affect Hours accordingly, but do affect Info as I expect.
