    Description

NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

The repro and workaround are here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/74044/the-jira-calendar-does-not-currently-support-your-language?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fanswers.atlassian.com%2Fquestions%2F74044%2Fthe-jira-calendar-does-not-currently-support-your-language&application=acac

carter doktor's solution nails the problem: JIRA default's the user's Language to -1. Obviously that's wrong. The default should get fixed.
