Description
Currently, in Atlassian Focus, the "Activity History" only tracks changes made to core system fields (such as Name, Owner, and Status). When a user updates a Custom Field on a Focus Area, no entry is created in the history log. This creates an audit gap, as users cannot trace who changed critical custom data or when the change occurred
Suggestion
Enable Change History / Audit Trail for Custom Fields in Focus Areas. Any update to a custom field should be captured in the Focus Area Activity History.
The log should display the details like Field Name, the Old Value, the New Value, the User who made the change, and the Timestamp.
