When doing a diff in Fisheye, there is a know issue where the Log keyword for cvs repositories isn't parsed properly. I'm also seeing off behavior when running normal command line cvs annotate on the same file. Is there any interplay between fisheye and other cvs tools? Does Fisheye modify any log files that are used by normal cvs command line tools?
