Watch reappear after it has been removed

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have a LONG running watch
      2. Make sure that the FE-WatchManager thread is processing it
      3. Delete the watch
      4. watch for the FE-WatchManager thread to finish with it
      5. Note that the watch is back in the profile-show watches

      To remove the watch:
      Make sure that the FE-WatchManager thread is NOT processing the watch and delete the watch.
