      Issue Summary

      When tried to create project links for Fisheye repository with Jira Cloud project, it fails with
      "Failed to create a reciprocal link in the remote application: com.atlassian.sal.api.net.ResponseException: Received 400 - Bad Request"

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Integrate Fisheye with Jira Cloud using Application links
      2. Create project link for a Fisheye repository

      Expected Results

      Project links can be created successfully

      Actual Results

      Creation of project links fail with below errors

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
