    Description

      What is needed?
We need to put a note when using JavaHL that it writes to /tmp by default for its SVN operations in Linux.

      What should it say?
Using JavaHL libraries in Linux will write files to the /tmp path. Make sure that you have sufficient disk space for this path. Alternatively, you can set the TMPDIR environment variable so that JavaHL writes to a different path.
