Provide the ability to filter out users from the Code Metrics report

Provide the ability to filter out specific users from the Code Metrics report.

Use case

In some workflows, CI/CD users or service accounts perform the most commits on a repo.

These service accounts appear as the Top Committers in the report.

The suggestion is to be able to exclude them from the report.
