Smart commit parser isn't able to handle multiple issue key in commit messages

Issue Summary

Smart commit parses all the Jira issue regex pattern and converts them to hyperlink linking to Jira and this also impacting the #comment by removing the hyperlink in Jira issue key's comment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Fisheye ver4.8.0 and Jira ver8.5.1. Enable smart commit and application authorisation.
2. Add a git repository.
3. On the terminal make changes and make a commit:

   git commit -m "Terminal to Fisheye then to Jira TBFJ-1 #comment Alter to use gcc-10 instead of gcc-9 in SeeSim pipeline."
   

4. Push to the remote git repository.

Expected Results

To be able to see the complete message.

Actual Results

The comment is incomplete.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
