Remove 'JIRA settings' link or provide an information page

      Problem

In Fisheye and Crucible there is the following link available:

      'Administration' > 'Application links' > '...' > 'JIRA settings'

In versions prior to 4.6.0 it presented the following screen:

which did not allow to perform any actions.

In version 4.6.0 and higher, clicking on the link displays an error page:

      Note

This is a left-over of very old functionality, which allowed to add Jira servers and setup sub-tasks, see old YT video from 2012: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JG6E1p9csMY All this functionality has been replaced by the 'Application links' plugin.

      Suggested solution

Remove the 'JIRA settings' link from the '...' drop-down.

      OR

Provide a blank page which will inform user to open 'Configure Fisheye server' link on the Jira side.

Jira > 'Administration' > 'Applications' > 'Application links' > '...' > 'Configure FishEye Server' redirects to:

      Jira > 'Administration' > 'Applications' > 'Fisheye'

Document also that it's possible to set up project links:

      Fisheye > 'Administration' > 'Projects' > '...' > 'Application links' > 'Add link' > 'Jira'

We may also add links to documentation, e.g.:
