Update documentation on setting up HTTPS for Fisheye and Crucible

      According to feedback from customer these steps are not correct and Fisheye still starts with HTTP.

      Tasks:

      • execute the procedure step by step
      • check that only HTTPS connection is available
      • update steps if necessary
