Problem Definition
We recommend at Best practices for Fisheye configuration and at Best practices Subversion integration the usage of svnsync in order to mirror remote Subversion repositories currently accessible via http/s into the machine hosting Fisheye, so that Fisheye can index these repositories using file protocol.
However, the svnsync documentation linked in both of these documents only contains instructions for Linux / Mac users, so customers that run Fisheye in Windows environments might find it hard to implement that suggestion.
Therefore, I have created an article explaining how to use svnsync in Windows environments.
