"Bitbucket Server repositories" tab goes missing if only Crucible license is present

      As far from FishEye/Crucible 4.2.0, when FishEye license is not present, the "Bitbucket Server repositories" tab will no longer be visible

      Workaround

      Add a repository using "Native repository access" tab.
