Description
Summary
If a user selects a JIRA issue launching into the modal window and chooses a workflow transition, custom field values are overwritten or defaulted if there is a transition screen provided. Field value being overwritten occurs with an optional multi-select field. A default value being selected occurs with an optional single select field.
Steps to Reproduce - 1
- Define a custom field (multi-select or single select) in JIRA, e.g. "Colors".
- Add this field to a project, e.g. "GUS"
- Create an issue in JIRA, e.g. "GUS-1" and assign a value, e.g. "Green", to this custom field.
- Make a commit and comment with the JIRA issue ID.
- In FishEye click on the JIRA issue ID from the recent activity.
- Transition the issue by clicking "Done".
Expected Results - 1
The value visible in JIRA in the custom field, e.g. "Green", is also visible in the modal window.
Actual Results - 1
The custom field is visible without a value:
If the issue is transitioned, the existing data "Green" in JIRA is removed or the value is overwritten.
