Support Java 11 in FishEye and Crucible

      Ensure Fisheye and Crucible are compatible with Java 11 (GA scheduled for 2018/09/25) - both Oracle and OpenJDK.

       
      This error message will be added to the fisheye.out file when attempting to start Fisheye using Java 11:

      -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/home/crucible/fecru-4.5.0/lib/endorsed is not supported. Endorsed standards and standalone APIs
      in modular form will be supported via the concept of upgradeable modules.
      Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
      Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
      

      2024.09.25 Status update

      Fisheye/Crucible development roadmap is as follows:

      • Oct 2024 - release 4.9.0 (end of support for old browsers, databases, SCMs etc)
      • Jun 2025 - end of support for 4.8.x release line
      • Jan 2026 - release 5.0.0 (Atlassian Platform 6 and embedded Crowd 5)
      • 2026 - release 5.1.0 (Java 11 & Java 17 support)
