Because of this problem in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-6634, the first attempt to upload a patch bigger than 800 files is not a problem because the bug doesn't constraint on a new revision, however upon adding another patch subsequently should fail. However, the UI shows that it hangs with a spinning wheel - while the debug logging shows this trace

Eitherway, the second patch will not get uploaded even after reloading the page
