Update raw-mime.types file

      Current file in FishEye does not have many common formats listed, such as docx, xlsx.

      Use the latest version from
      https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk/docs/conf/mime.types

      Workaround

      1. Locate the FISHEYE_HOME/raw-mime.types file
      2. Modify the row for the application/msword line by adding the docx extension: 
        application/msword		doc docx
      3. Restart FishEye/Crucible
