Include lines added/modified/removed per changeset

      Requested in FSH-1001, however other customers may be interested in the ability to view LOC added/modified/removed per a changeset.

      Currently we do not have lines modfied, but we do have lines added removed statistics which we can get via EyeQL. 

      select revisions group by changeset return revision, linesAdded, linesRemoved
