      Summary

      Include the newer UPM (also known as Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager) in the FishEye/Crucible review, in order to take advantage of the latest improvements.

      The Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager - version history page contains the current compatibility matrix.

      Notes

      In particular, the UPM-4921 bug resolution provides a useful change.
