Perforce fails to store user credentials when adding new repository

    Description

      When adding a new Perforce repository, username/password details are ignored (not saved) unless "Show advanced settings" is checked:

      Bug: PerforceRepositoryDetails.AdvancedOptions (which contain username/password) are not built in com.atlassian.fecru.gwt.admin.client.ui.repositories.PerforceRepositoryDetailsClientBuilder#build

      Workaround: mark "Show advanced settings", even if not interested in setting those.
      Workaround 2: once the repository has been added, admin can change username/password and this configuration works. It prompts for repo restart:
