    Description

      It would be nice to be able to set up notification schemes in FishEye as is currently possible in JIRA.

      Currently FishEye has a "watch" notification system that sends email notifications to users when commits are detected. Users can opt in for these notifications by "watching" a particular repository/activity stream but control by admins is limited to it only be available if the administrator has enabled watches for the repository.
